Samba Queen
Every year there s a big event in Brasil - the Carnival of Rio.
Countless of beautiful women dancing in their magnificent costumes along the streets. Although i haven´t been in Brasil so far, watching those vibrant and colourful
pictures are always a pleasure for my eyes and soul. So this was my inspiration to create a real Samba-Queen!
Every project starts with a study. My intention is not to create a doll like Barby or Ken as you know. My dolls are the result of a long research. They shall have
all the features for just this special project.
My Samba-Queen has all the features , which ar typical for the Samba-dancers. She has beatiful curly soft hair and she´s wearing earrings made of original swarowski
strass. Also her sexy costume is embellished with lots of sparkling swarowski strass.
Even her fingernails are decorated with tiny-tiny nail art! As a highlight she is wearing a colorful feather headdress and a removable featherdress for her
back. All items were mady by myself. If you watch her very carefully, you will see her moving around and dancing..! ;-)
For culmination her body was covered with a special gloss, so you get the illusion of a sweating body. I think this looks very sexy and real-life in combination with
the colourful outfit. I payed high attention to give her this special exotic and fun-loving smile of a young south american lady. Of course she is anatomically correct! I have to cover her
breast, if you want to see her original, feel free to ask for original pics.
This Lady was sculptured without any molds over a strong wire armature and made with lots of devotion and fantasy. I didn´t stop sculpturing until I was totaly
satisfied. Her bright eyes were sculptured directly in it´s face, so it reflects perfectly the light . It can´t be fully displayed in the pics, even when i used different lights,
backgrounds and ankles.
I only use finest materials for painting and sealing (genesis). Her beautiful hair is made of tibetanian lambswool. It was integrated step by step and makes it look
natural and you can move it carefully.
